Protoboy's Superactive Mode. Before Robotboy was created, Protoboy also had his own Super-active mode, similar the way of Robotboy's Superactivation for Protoboy's only upgrade and it is used for more supreme battles.

- Unlike Robotboy, Protoboy can speak in his super-activation form.
- Protoboy has two different forms when he's Super-activating, one is his regular and the other with a big gun appearing from his back and while preparing appears more red.
- It is unknown if he is dead or alive due to his last appearance having his fate be ambiguous.
