Robotman's Superactive Mode is much like Robotboy's super-activation mode which Robotman has his own. When he super-actives, he becomes more berserk, powerful and stronger becoming a bit bigger with red ears coming out of his head and 4 blades comes from his back. The very only time he super-activated would be on his titular episode when he was fighting with Robotboy. When Robotboy super-activated at first he shot missiles towards him but failed to destroy him which is then Robotman super-activates. He attacks Robotboy but then Ro himself flees away and hides from him. Unlike Robotboy but like Protoboy, he can speak while being Super-activated. His voice is also much deeper than on his activated mode.
